Lop-Stop Vagyonvédelmi Bt.

Security Systems Technician

1993 – 1995 Kaposvar, Hungary

Role & Background

Began professional security-systems work while completing formal security-systems training, after being selected for practical placement with a local security company.

  • Installed, wired, configured, troubleshot and maintained CCTV systems, intrusion alarms, access-control equipment and related electronic security systems.
  • Continued working with the company after the initial practical-training placement.

Electronic & Physical Security

Hands-on security work before the IT career

The role began through practical placement while I was completing formal security-systems training and continued afterward as paid field work. It provided an early foundation in security as an operational discipline rather than only a software concept.

Work took place on real customer installations where system reliability depended on electronics, wiring, configuration, physical placement and troubleshooting in the field.

  • CCTV installation and maintenance
  • Intrusion-alarm systems
  • Access-control equipment
  • Low-voltage wiring and electronics
  • Configuration, troubleshooting and field service

Career Foundation

A practical foundation in security and troubleshooting

That early field work established a practical foundation in troubleshooting, system reliability and physical security that later carried into IT infrastructure, information security and technical investigation work.
