  • Delivered commercial 360-degree virtual tours, Google Street View integrations, real-estate video production and drone photography/videography.

Practice Growth

From local IT support to a broad technology consultancy

360 IT Pro began as a small IT-support business on British Columbia's Sunshine Coast. Over time the work expanded far beyond workstation and infrastructure support into cybersecurity, cloud systems, web development, ecommerce, custom applications and digital media.

That breadth was driven largely by client problems rather than by a narrow service catalog. A support engagement could evolve into a new website, infrastructure migration, security investigation, custom application or entirely new digital workflow.

Web & Ecommerce

WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento and custom applications

The practice built and maintained many WordPress and WooCommerce sites as well as non-ecommerce business sites and custom web applications.

One larger wholesale-ecommerce project used Magento on AWS and required a more nuanced cloud architecture with load balancing and supporting infrastructure rather than a conventional single-server deployment.

Security & Infrastructure

Consulting across systems, cloud and investigation

Infrastructure work included AWS, Linux/LAMP systems, virtualization, databases, systems administration and troubleshooting, while security engagements included information security, open-source research, cybersecurity-posture analysis and digital-forensics work.

Security-focused engagements often combined technical observation, risk assessment and written reporting.

Data-recovery and investigation engagements ranged from accidental deletion and failed storage devices to evidence-sensitive matters where deleted data had been intentionally removed. The handling method emphasized preserving the original media whenever possible and performing analysis on a cloned working copy rather than booting or modifying the source device.

  • Recovery from hard drives, SSDs, SD cards and USB flash media
  • Analysis for deleted or hidden partitions, file systems, directories and files
  • Recovery to separate media so the working copy and recovered evidence remained distinct
  • Written reporting suitable for clients, private investigators and, when required, law-enforcement use
  • Hardware-failure recovery work, including donor hardware / component transfer on appropriate legacy drives

360 & Aerial Media

Immersive tours, Street View and drone video

The business also developed a visual-media practice serving real-estate and commercial clients with hosted 360-degree virtual tours, Google Street View integrations, conventional video and drone photography/videography.

This work combined capture technology, post-production, web delivery and client-facing digital presentation rather than treating media production as a separate technical discipline.
